Individual coaching: During the program you will have opportunity to have one personal coaching session and one session for your natural strengths assessment and cultivation.
Materials and On The Go support. You will recieve a personal workbook and access to your Resilience Nudging App where all your documentation will be gathered. Here you will also have direct access to your coaches and the cohort of your group of participants.
