Hi there, Dear reader!
This is the final part of my short series where I wanted to introduce You to wonderful Dr Tünde Erdös!
Now she is back in Europe, from the US, where she got her prize, “The ICF Impact Award” for her massive work to make coaching more accessible to less privileged people around the world.
Maybe You are a rookie about coaching – professional coaching, that is: What is it all about?
Maybe I am not telling you the stuff You are interested in? Anyway – I will fill in the gaps for You as we go. It might become written in Swedish – but you know how to translate, right?
Also, I will talk more about communication in general.
For You, Dear reader! At the end of this blogpost I will put some links to blogpost part 1 – and part 2 – if you like to get the context and read this true story from the very beginning of this “learning journey” right in front of us – to Kick off this autumn ahead!

Dr. Tünde Erdös (ICF MCC) who received the ICF Impact Award in the category Distinguished Coach for her extraordinary contributions to the development of the coaching profession, professionalism, and global inspiration for the entire industry.

Now I will hand over the pen to Dear Tünde. The below is a quote from her relating some of her experiences around winning this prize and being on stage in Orlando.
I asked her:
Dear Tünde, what did You learn over there?
Below are the very interesting findings from Tünde:
“How do you discover what you care about most?
Being at #ICFConverge23, through all my encounters and insights as well as inspiring dialogues, I realized:
Being geographically close is good. That can create a sense of connection. Yet, feeling connected and responsible for what happens beyond borders is what humanity is about for me.
Why? Because everyone plays a crucial role in the SUCCESS and FAILURE of the others. Your project and your success may depend on someone’s goodwill on the continent where your shareholders sit just as much as you may depend on how your wife/husband greets you on coming home.
We are as fundamental in each other’s life as our need for air, water, and food. It has power that is greater than anything because there is nothing more rewarding than a community discovering what it cares about.
That’s what I discovered I care about: feeling to belong.
My guess is that I am not alone with how some sense of belonging gives me strength and shared work and responsibility, through which I can find true purpose.
How do you discover what you care about most? ”

It has been a pure joy to follow Tünde’s journey through blogs, on social media – with all those great photos and clips that decorate this blogpost as well.
Thanks a lot, Tünde! You always add perspective which gives us the opportunity to reflect and learn for ourselves – even though my question was for You!
You are really a person who lives the vibes of learning, sharing and thriving!
